Role: Residential Conveyancing Locum

Location: Derbyshire

Estimated duration: 3 months – certainly until the end of February

Description

Assisting a firm based in Derbyshire with an influx of residential conveyancing files, helping them through their busy period in the run up to Christmas and into the New Year. There is no firefighting involved and full secretarial support on offer.

The successful candidate will be happy dealing with a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters including:

Dealing with residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion Dealing with sales and purchases Remortgages Equity transfer
