Structured Finance / Leveraged Finance Lawyer – Major Offshore law firm – Hong Kong
An opening has arisen for a mid-senior level finance lawyer to join the Hong Kong office of one of the world’s leading offshore law firms. Working closely with key Partners you will advise Asia (predominantly HK/China) based clients on BVI/Cayman law in relation to structured/leveraged finance transactions. It promises high-quality work with every opportunity to develop your career.
The firm is happy to look at applicants from around three years’ PQE upwards, although they stress that senior associates looking for a medium-term path to promotion should also apply. You will be admitted in the UK/Commonwealth. Language skills and local experience an asset, but not required.
