Our prestigious International Law Firm client is looking to hire a new Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement Manager to join the London office on a permanent basis, to be primarily responsible for the inclusion and diversity, CSR and health and wellbeing of the firm. Responsibilities will include supporting the Head of People Advisory and the Director of People & Talent Development to ensure the I&D strategy is executed and that there is consistency and coordination across the various offices, coordinating and supports allies and I&D streams as necessary to deliver on the firms I&D strategy, set and manage the I&D budget, design the I&D calendar of events and works alongside our events team to ensure firm wide coordination, develop and own the I&D communications plan, to include regular articles/information on our internal intranet site, continuously raising profile of events, manage and co-ordinate the publication of the firm's Gender Pay Gap information, taking ownership of the firms CSR programme, manages all communications relating to CSR initiatives across the firm, sets and manages the CSR budget, attends meetings with external networks / contacts, manages the relationship with the charity of the year and is the go to person for any queries.  Other duties include being responsible for the firm's Health and Wellbeing programme, working with external providers to source presenters for sessions to be delivered in-house, working with the Communications team to promote events, evaluate sessions to see what has worked well / less well, networks with other firms and organisations to understand what is happening in the market, updates the health and wellbeing space, sets and manages the health and wellbeing budget, manages key engagement activities required for all employees and tracks and monitors engagement, ensures effective execution of the annual people survey – works with the Director of P&TD and Heads of P&TD to design the survey questions,  evaluate responses and develop action plans. Candidates must have previous Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement experience within a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm, in addition to strong written, organisational and communication skills.
