Energy Associate

Excellent opportunity to join a leading firm with a stellar energy and power team. The role will involve advising on high value transactions and projects in the UK and internationally and will give exposure to the full spectrum of areas in this sector, including commercial, regulatory, M&A and projects work.

Currently the team is involved in advising on large electricity and other major infrastructure projects spanning various jurisdictions. The transactions are almost always bespoke and associates benefit from very regular direct client and partner interaction.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer ideally with experience in the energy sector. You will have an excellent professional track record within a large law firm and have experience in handling high value clients in major blue chip companies.

Corporate, energy or projects lawyers with 2pqe+ and experience or genuine interest in the power and renewables sectors would be suitable. The team is happy to consider Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers as well as solicitors admitted in E&W.
