An experienced Corporate Lawyer is required to join the team of a leading offshore firm based in Jersey. This role would suit a mid-senior level lawyer who wishes to retain the quality and earning capacity of a City legal career whilst at the same time benefitting from a collegiate culture and a more relaxed pace of life outside of the office. There are also excellent opportunities for career progression.
The Role
- The successful Corporate Lawyer will be joining a highly respected team that advises international clients on a full range of offshore corporate work.
- You will be expected to take a lead on matters and to play your part in client management and development.
- You will also provide support to more junior lawyers, aiding with their progression.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 – 8 years’ PQE
- Background in a good commercial law firm
- Experience leading on high-value corporate transactions
