A top US law firm are looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal for a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract at their London office.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your key duties in this Paralegal role will include:
- Supporting the corporate team with paralegal support;
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks; and
- Assisting on international transactions.
Candidate requirements
The successful Paralegal will demonstrate:
- Top academics including As and Bs at A level and a 2:1 degree;
- A Commendation or Distinction in the LPC; and
- Previous experience in corporate paralegal work at a City firm.
Salary
