This popular and highly-regarded Corporate group have an outstanding reputation across a broad range of sectors, including fashion and retail, financial services, and technology. Acting for household names across all of these sectors, the team provides high-calibre advice on M&A, Private Equity, VC and JV work.
Following a superb year for the Corporate group, additional capacity is required at the junior level, with the Firm now seeking a September 2018 NQ with a broad range of experience across the full suite of Corporate matters.
Applicants will have gained substantial experience in M&A and PE work, ideally acting for clients in similar sectors to the Firm's core focus areas in Technology, Financial Services, or Fashion. Applicants will have gained their experience at either a leading City, International, or Regional practice.
The successful applicant will benefit from a linear team structure and direct access to partners who are recognised leaders in the London Corporate market.
