BCL are working with an international law firm who are seeking to bring on a 2-3 year PQE employment solicitor to join its successful employment team based in Guildford.

This is a great opportunity for an employment solicitor to join a Tier 1 and arguably one of the best employment teams outside of London.

The Role:
- The employment solicitor will work on a range of different employment matters from transactional, advisory, litigation and general HR issues.
- You will also run employment tribunal litigation and be able to deal with case management steps.
- You will also need to work closely with other members of the team to provide seamless service to clients.

Employment Solicitor Requirements:
- Ideally 2-3 year PQE employment solicitor.
- Be comfortable dealing with contentious and non contentious work and a whole range of employment related matters.
- An extremely organised employment solicitor with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
