THE ROLE
A new role has arisen for a lawyer 3pqe+ to join the firm's small but busy financial markets infrastructure team.
The work is varied and intellectually challenging involving both domestic and international regulatory and compliance issues.
This may include the impact of the regulatory regime on corporate finance, venture capital and private equity businesses; securities trading, clearance and settlement matters; new payment products and services, including e-cash; investment management and global custody services; wholesale and retail financial product development; market conduct issues; regulatory capital requirements; and discipline and enforcement issues.

With a top City firm training and outstanding academics, you may have a corporate, banking or financial services background.
