Your new role
This is a truly interesting and varied role, working as a Paralegal within a team focused on dispute resolution. The work is a mix of claimant and defendant, dealing with disputes around complex consumer and commercial contracts, debt recovery, professional negligence claims and matters surrounding the provision of goods and services. The role will include litigating small claims through the County Court small claims process.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will have some previous experience in a Paralegal role working on litigated matters. It would be ideal to have previous experience in debt, consumer litigation or complex commercial contracts litigation. You will have a good understanding of contractual disputes and debt recovery.
