Commercial Property Solicitor - Legal 500 - Staffordshire

This Staffordshire based Legal 500 regional law firm are seeking to appoint a commercial property solicitor or legal executive to their small but stable commercial property department.

The role is to undertake a broad mix of work on commercial property transactions across the North West & West Midlands with a focus on acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, lease work and development matters. Whilst your key client base will be based within Staffordshire & Shropshire and on properties such as hotels and business parks, you will also be dealing with larger city properties across the retail and industrial sectors.

Business development and client contact is a key feature for this firm, so any experience of generating new business (no matter how small or large) will prove beneficial, this however is not an essential requirement and you will be allowed to develop your commercial acumen should you not already have experience of this.

You need to have at least 2 years' experience of dealing with commercial property transactions as you will be coming into a ready made caseload and at times you will be required to work without supervision.
