Badenoch & Clark is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded practice, based in Gloucestershire. This is a great opportunity to work with national clients. This is an opportunity to join this exciting Residential Property team that only deals with high quality work, due to the high standards that are set by the firm and department.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work as part of this firm that are ranked in the Legal 500. The candidate will work as a Solicitor in the very experienced and successful Residential Property team. The Residential Property team focuses on a wide range of high quality work including: shared ownership sales, licences, leases, acquisitions and disposals and property development; regularly dealing with a broad range of some of the biggest national clients.
The Candidate:
The right candidate will have relevant experience working in Residential Property, with at least 2 years PQE however, outstanding candidates with less experience will also be considered. You should have the ability to deliver excellent client care and services, with the client at the forefront of everything you do; with the ability to deal with a workload independently and with a team.
The Opportunity:
This Residential Property Solicitor would be joining a fantastic team and a Legal 500.
