Qualified Projects Lawyer
This international practice has been providing high quality legal and commercial advice to the Kazakhstan market for more than 11 years. The team acts as a guide for clients ranging from government ministries and state-owned entities to domestic and international corporations and individuals.
The Kazakhstan team are key-players in the region and have a solid reputation in arbitration and disputes, cross-border M&A, energy/natural resources, nuclear projects, financing, banking and capital market.
This particular role focusses on energy and infrastructure projects. In this respect subsoil experience is an asset.
You will have broad corporate/commercial experience in the aforementioned sectors, ideally 1-5 years pqe in the country and of course be fluent in Kazakh.
In return you will be engaged in some of the most complex, ground-breaking transactions in the region whilst working with a team of exceptional individuals.
