Residential Conveyancer.
Experienced Residential Conveyancer sought for a multi-office well established law firm based in Accrington, Lancashire.
Your role will be to manage your own caseload of (non-volume) residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sale and purchases of freehold/leasehold, transfers of equity and new builds. The firm have a loyal client base which is testament to their great reputation in the local area.
Whilst you'll be joining an established conveyancing team with plenty of support and guidance, you must be able to work with little supervision. You'll also be given the opportunity to undertake marketing/business development activities with local estate agents and introducers.
You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal with 12 months+ experience in handling your own caseload from start to finish).
Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience and long term career development is on offer.
Based in Accrington, the firms offices are commutable from Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Bolton, Bury.
