£50k – £80k depending on experience

Looking to progress your career at an established Law firm in Surrey and be a vital part of their successful Residential Property department.

The firm require a Solicitor with 5 years + PQE, who is perhaps tired of commuting to London and would like to work locally or now looking to Head up a department.

The Role

A highly reputable, multi-sited law firm in Surrey have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join a reputable department.

You will be joining a team of 10 in this office, dealing with a broad caseload of conveyancing matters and Heading up the department to include:

• Freehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownerships

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in business development activities to include various networking events.
