Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking to appoint an employment lawyer to join their office in Brussels, Belgium. The employment team covers the wide spectrum of employment advice including senior executive advice, Corporate Support – compensation and benefits, compete covenants and "golden parachutes", employment participation, business restructure and data protection.
The firm are looking to appoint an experienced employment and labour lawyer with 2-3 years experience handling their own cases. The person will have a strong employment law background including experience in; employee benefits and incentives, employee ownership, share plans, tribunals, redundancies, reorganisations, pensions and benefits. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory for this role.
