Private Equity Solicitor

An opportunity for a dynamic and driven Private Equity solicitor has arisen at an elite global firm. The Private Equity team at the powerhouse is a highly integrated and multi-disciplinary group with market leading, ranked Partners and Senior Associates in their London office.

Due to an influx of private equity work at the firm, there has been a drive to recruit into this well regarded team at associate level.

As part of your key role, you will be supporting clients by adding value on their deal from start to finish. The team advise from the initial formation and building of the private equity fund through to the day to day management of portfolio companies and exit from investments, whether by recapitalisation/sale of portfolio companies or by taking them public.

The London office is well connected with an international network of offices, each with a market leading private equity offering.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a junior-mid level Private Equity solicitor, who is academically strong and can demonstrate good commercial awareness.
