Talented Civil Litigation Fee Earner sought for a leading Norfolk law practice.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, yet well-established and Lexcel accredited firm. Our client is committed to provide first class client care and is actively seeking a self-driven and dynamic fee earner to join their office in King’s Lynn. Managing your own caseload, the successful candidate will prove to be self-driven, eager to learn and show business awareness on daily basis.
Responsibilities
• Advising on contract disputes
• Debt collection
• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Property disputes
• Professional negligence
• Contentious probate
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Drafting of employment contracts for employers
The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors and legal executives and from paralegals with a minimum of one year’s fee earning experience
• Previous litigation experience is essential
• Ideally, you have gained experience at a practice with a relevant track record
• Employment law knowledge would be advantageous
