CORPORATE LAWYER – PERMANENT POSITION
A leading regional law firm with an existing corporate commercial law practice (which includes three partners in the team) is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer to join their corporate & commercial legal team in Milton Keynes or one of their other offices in the North Home counties/ South Midlands region.
This law firm provides a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:
- Corporate transactions, such as Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals
- Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
- Banking & Finance matters
- Re-organisations and Structuring
- Private Equity
- Commercial Contracts
- Terms and Conditions
