COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER – HERTS, BEDS & BUCKS / NORTH HOME COUNTIES – PERMANENT POSITION

One of the leading law firms (LEGAL 500 ranked) in the Herts, Beds and Bucks/ North Home Counties region providing both business and personal legal services is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer to support the partners within the firm’s commercial property team (and in particular, the managing partner) with both client work and business development.

The role will involve taking an active part in marketing/ business development and to assist with continuing to develop this firm’s real estate practice.

This law firm’s commercial property practice deals with a range of commercial property matters including:

• sales and purchases
• commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters
• property investments
• real estate development
• property finance/ secured lending
• corporate support 

The firm's real estate practice also has a specific specialism in the retail and leisure sector.
