Senior level Corporate/Finance/Funds Lawyer –Offshore law firm – Cayman Islands
This multi-office practice is among the fastest growing outfits in the offshore legal sector and its Cayman Islands office is no exception. It is looking to add strength in depth to its Cayman transactional team through the addition of a senior associate level corporate lawyer who will take on a broad range of work that spans mainstream corporate practice, as well as some aspects of banking and investment funds work. You are likely to have at least six years’ pqe in a good corporate law firm and you will be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction. Opportunities for career progression are particularly good.
