Civil litigation lawyer

LAW Absolute are currently working with a highly regarded regional practice who are seeking a Civil Litigator to join their successful team.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a full civil litigation caseload including; debt collection, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes, contract disputes, contentious probate and professional negligence. Employment law knowledge would also be highly beneficial however not essential.

Candidates who are Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals are encouraged to apply, as long as you can demonstrate the requesite experience.
