In-House Corporate Governance Paralegal

We are currently seeking to recruit a team of Paralegals to work for a leading international insurance provider. This is an ongoing temporary position (circa 6 months+), sitting within the Corporate Governance team, supporting entities in various jurisdictions.

The role will entail tasks regarding Global Governance – this is in relation to entities, interactions between entities, interactions with senior management, entity formation and policy implementation across business units. Therefore, the role will be predominantly Company Secretary focused, although previous experience in this regulatory role is preferred but in no way essential.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have prior corporate/commercial experience, must be able to take direction, have a willingness to work across several jurisdictions, the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders and have the ability to work autonomously.
