Commercial Property Solicitor:

This medium sized modern law firm are looking for an ambitious, personable, commercial property solicitor to join their commercial property team. Partially, it is to replace an outgoing assistant solicitor who will be leaving end of January/start of February, but also it is to help develop and grow the role. They would consider a fairly wide range from 2 to 3 year minimum pqe, to 8 years or so; although the more senior then the better their marketing skills would need to be (or following).

The firm are a long established but modern thinking Legal 500 rated firm. They try and provide pretty flexible working for their colleagues so they can enjoy a work life balance. They work hard to provide exceptional one on one service at reasonable cost across all their teams, and most of their work is repeat business or referrals from professionals who know and recommend them. You will have considerable client and agent contact and part of who they are looking for are your people skills, along of course with a high level of expertise and professionalism. Whoever they interview have to fit in with them as a firm and also has to have an eye on marketing the team and developing their own skills. The team is headed up by two senior property Partners, so you will be joining a successful and supportive team.
