Employment Legal Executive

Are you an Employment Legal Executive seeking a new role in Liverpool?

This firm have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Legal Executive to join their global company. They provide advice and guidance from non-contentious advisory and transactional work, to commercial litigation. The company have a large base of clients across a range of different sectors which include transport and logistics, international trade, retail, insurance, marine, heath, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.

In this role you would be working alongside an experienced colleague who has practised employment law for over 20 years. You would be within a supportive team and also have a mentor to help support your personal and professional development.

The duties of this role may include but not be limited to:
- Provide advice to a large client base
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Contribute to business development
- Manage a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Drafting various employment documents, maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations issues, disciplinary matters and grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE and employment tribunal claims
- Support with transactions
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of normal office hours, if required

All applicants to this position require being a Legal Executive as well as at least 1 years' demonstrable experience in supporting an employment commercial team.
