This leading law firm are looking for a Paralegal to join their corporate team based in Cheltenham. This firm exclusively focuses on media, technology and Intellectual Property law. The team regularly works for household names on extremely high-profile investments, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

What you'll need to succeed

This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate looking to start or further their career in corporate law. Ideally you will have experience of a paralegal role in a fast paced and challenging environment, but this is not essential. A passion for corporate law is essential, as well as an interest in the media and technology sector in which this firm operate. You will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to deal effectively with clients and all other professionals across the firm.

Your duties will include supporting a team of Corporate Lawyers on all aspects of corporate transactions including, assisting on due diligence and disclosure exercises, drafting basic corporate documentation, legal research and aspects of project management. You will be working on a wide variety of corporate transactions in the media and technology sectors.
