Your new role

This corporate recovery role is a strategic appointment. The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious corporate recovery work. The firm has a well established client base and a busy insolvency team that continues to expand. Your role will be to work as a senior figure in the department and ultimately to join the management team at some stage. This corporate recovery role will see you work closely with existing clients as well as bringing in new business.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate recovery lawyer at partner, legal director or senior associate level. You should have a good pedigree and strong technical skills. It is beneficial if you have a client following and this will influence the financial package on offer. However, the partners are keen to hear from corporate recovery lawyers with no client following who have an appetite for business development and the ability to win and maintain client relationships.
