SENIOR TRANSFER PRICING LAWYER – LEADING INTERNATIONAL BRAND – VALENCIA

Our client is a leading international professional services firm who are seeking to appoint a senior transfer pricing lawyer to join their office in Valencia, Spain. The organisation is one of the leading international professional service brands and they have offices globally.

The team are seeking a Transfer Pricing Lawyer with 6+ years’ experience. The successful candidate will work closely with prominent individuals within the firm to assist in delivering effective solutions and meet deadlines efficiently. The position will involve a significant amount of time working closely with the firm's internal and clients. You will be working within areas such as; International Tax, IP valuation, litigation and dispute resolution, restructuring, refinancing, compliance, Audits, Appeals, APA’S and IRS. You will also be conducting transfer pricing analysis and benchmarking studies, and drafting transfer pricing documentations as well as coordinating with the firm's internal and external clients, assisting with project management, drawing-up budgets and creating project plans.
