In House Lawyer- Employee Share Schemes

We have an exceptionally exciting in house opportunity for a Share Schemes lawyer looking for a move in house.

You will join one of the worlds leading Financial Services organisations supporting the corporate and legal organisation with advice on share options and employee incentives.

You will have full support from the wider experienced legal team with specialist advice being provided by you.

You will work on a wide variety of matters including;

Employee Share Schemes, EMI Share options, unapproved Share Options, Growth Shares and JSOP's.

You will scope business requirements on a range of complex issues, evaluate multiple inputs, and identify commercial risks and impact on business projects. You will assist with new product development and the integration of new businesses.

We are looking for 4 plus years of experience in Share Schemes with a UK Legal qualification.

An ability to work commercially with internal and external colleagues will be crucial to your success in this position.
