Intellectual Property Solicitor

We are currently recruiting an Intellectual Property Solicitor with experience in Commercial Contracts. Our client is a multi-service national firm operating in sectors ranging from energy and natural resources to financial services. The firm has been steadily growing and now has offices all over Europe, Africa and Asia. As a result of this gradual growth, our client is now looking for an Commercial IP Associate to advise the increasing number of clients from the Manchester office.

The Intellectual Property Transaction and Commercialisation team is top tier ranked for Commercial Contracts and Marketing in the Legal 500 and Chambers. You will be assisting on matters involving:

Commercial contracts
Franchise agreements
Advertising, media and business development
Management of a worldwide trademark portfolio
Outsourcing contacts (IP, FM, BPO)

Since this is an senior level role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and you will spend a fair amount of time in direct contact with both national and global level corporations.
