Highly successful firm in Wiltshire seeks a talented Residential Property Lawyer.
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a residential property lawyer to join our client’s highly successful firm in the Trowbridge area on a flexible full or part-time basis. The successful applicant will enjoy a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties.
Responsibilities
• Transfers of equity
• Plot sales
• Re-mortgages
• SDLT returns
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Submitting and reviewing searches
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and fee earning paralegals with solid residential conveyancing experience
• Possess the ability to manage a full caseload, meet tight deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy is essential
• Prior experience working to CQS requirements is desirable
• Excellent client care and communication skills across all levels are essential for the position
