• Representing clients at Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers’ Hearings
• Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Judicial reviews
• Advising on aftercare in the community
• Incapacity cases

The Candidate

• Applications are encouraged from solicitors, legal executives and paralegals with solid experience in mental health
• It is essential to possess membership of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel
• Technically adept with exceptional client care skills
• Skilled at working in a team as well as using your own initiative
