COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS PARALEGAL - TECH - BASINGSTOKE

A global tech business based in Basingstoke is looking for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their growing legal team.

Due to unprecedented growth in 2017, and projected continued growth of their customer base, this tech business is now looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to work alongside their In-House Counsel and Contracts Manager on a wide range of software specific legal work, General Commercial Contracts (vendor contracts, sales contracts and confidentiality agreements) and project based work. You will be able to make the role your own and will be able to take on a good amount of responsibility, managing your own time without being micro-managed.

For this Commercial Contracts Paralegal role you will need a minimum of three years experience in a Paralegal role, specialising in general Commercial Contracts, and will ideally have a background in the tech sector. Any exposure to software specific contracts would be highly beneficial and European language skills, in particular French or Spanish would also be an added bonus.
