An excellent firm in Berkshire are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Personal Injury team for a full-time, permanent role with huge career potential.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your key duties within this Personal Injury team will include:
- Working directly alongside the Partner and the rest of the department;
- Assisting with the management of a wide-ranging case load of clinical negligence claimant work; and
- Developing specialism within the field and working with a good deal of autonomy.
Required experience, skills and qualifications
The firm are looking to hear from Clinical Negligence Solicitor applicants who demonstrate:
- Full qualification and 5+ years of PQE. The PQE level has flexibility but applicants will likely be mid to senior level solicitors; and
- Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and/or Medical Negligence experience gained at a leading firm or with a top tier in-house team.
