Private Client Solicitor

A large and growing Nottinghamshire law firm are looking for a junior to mid-level Private Client Solicitor to join them. This exciting and flexible Private Client opportunity is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your day-to-day responsibilities as Private Client Solicitor will include:

• Handling a complex caseload of work including Wills, Trusts, Probate and Court of Protection matters;
• Estates Administration and Tax Planning; and
• Aiding and representing a dynamic range of high net worth Private Clients.

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Private Client role you will need to demonstrate:

• 3+ years of experience working in Private Client matters;
• An exceptional background in Private Client work such as Wills, Trusts and Probates gained at a leading firm;
• Specific experience in Administration of Estates and Tax Planning is an advantage but not essential; and
• STEP membership or working towards such is also a non-essential bonus.

Salary

The firm are offering their new Private Client hire an experience dependent annual salary of £35,000 - £60,000.
