This diverse not-for-profit organisation who have over 32 million customers in 190 countries seek an additional commercial contracts solicitor who has previous experience of providing advice and supporting organisations in the drafting and negotiating of agreements with customers and business partners.
The Legal Counsel will be part of a specialist legal function who are also part of a wider global team. The day-to-day work will involve providing high quality legal support and advice to the business on a wide array of general commercial and contract law matters with a regular focus on procurement, IP and GDPR matters.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a passion for customer care with a real focus on rapidly developing strong working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
