Leading international organisation requires a corporate lawyer to join its in-house legal team.
In this "corporate HQ" position, you will advise the business on a variety of issues including M&A transactions, financing issues, corporate advisory, corporate restructuring and some governance matters. The position is very wide ranging and involves complex organisational structures so experience working on complex arrangements at a top firm is required.
The position also involves working on cross-border deals so you must have experience working on international transactions, and have the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders both internally and externally around the globe in this highly visible position within the organisation.
