An award winning firm with a national profile is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Huddersfield based team.
The Role
The successful Conveyancer will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. Key areas include:
- Freehold and Leasehold
- New build (purchase and sale)
- Right to Buy
- Help to Buy
- Shared ownership
- Mortgages/Re-mortgages
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive (Unqualified candidates with Conveyancing experience will also be considered)
- 2+ years’ experience in dealing with a personal caseload of Residential Property files
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
Salary and Contract
- Negotiable salary
- Permanent, full time contract
