My client is a Legal 500 law firm who are based in County Durham and are law society accredited across all departments. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor

The Role

As a Commercial Property Fee Earner with this firm, you will be dealing with a varied and interesting caseload of Commercial Property matters from instruction through to conclusion. You will be dealing with matters such as but not limited to;

• Sales and Purchase of small businesses and companies
• Purchase of industrial sites such as retail units, offices as well as development land
• Converts and title matters
• New Leases / Assignment and termination of leases
• Agricultural and farm land

The candidate

You will have 3 years PQE and experience in dealing with a personal caseload of Commercial Property matters, you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written. Ability to manage own case load and work to tight deadlines is also essential.
