Housing & Regeneration Solicitor.
The pre-eminent Housing & Regeneration team in the North West are looking to further enhance their offering with the addition of a recently qualified Housing & Regeneration Solicitor.
The Housing & Regeneration team deal with a truly wide array of Housing issues working, as they do, on behalf of housing associations, public authorities, charities and not-for-profit organisations nationwide. The new recruit will deal with a broad variety of issues (disrepair, anti-social behaviour, housing, and leasehold management) predominantly, on behalf of housing associations. Experience in handling your own Advocacy and working as part of a connected wider team are also favoured.
You will ideally have gained in excess of one year's experience in dealing with Housing & Regeneration matters, either before, during, or post qualification. The guideline for this position is NQ-3 years' PQE, however we are keen to hear from any applicant who feels they have the relevant experience.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
