The firm's Real Estate and Development practice is a very busy, successful and well-regarded part of the firm, and the team's ongoing success building their reputation and consistently winning new levels and areas of work has created this chance for them to hire another ambitious NQ+ level Commercial Property Solicitor in to the team (in the Cardiff office you will work especially closely with one of the team's lead Partners as well as two strong Senior Associates, so plenty of experience and expertise to learn from).

There is a variety of work acting for and advising developers, occupiers, financiers and investors. In particular you will be given the opportunity to get involved, with plenty of supervision on hand, in a range of acquisitions and disposals of both leasehold and freehold properties, various landlord and tenant work, asset management matters, the property aspects of corporate transactions, acting on overseas investments in to the UK, and advising occupiers on major development and regeneration projects. The range of work is first class and you will quickly build an excellent breadth of experience to stand you in very good stead in your ongoing career.
