Charted Company Secretary

One of the largest Financial Services Company in the world is currently recruiting for an experienced Company Secretary to join their well established legal team.

This Company Secretary position will play a key role in the global legal team and will cover all the business's company secretarial and fund governance matters globally including a significant amount of managing real estate fun structures.

This role would suit someone who is a chartered company secretary ideally from an asset management or other financial services background, any cross jurisdictional experience would also be highly beneficial.
