Compliance Manager, Shanghai - 14834/TTL

This Fortune Global 500 healthcare company is recruiting a Compliance Manager to cover their China business. Based in Shanghai, you will provide compliance support on their China’s business and cover all M&A transaction including due diligence and post-acquisition integration. The ideal candidate will have a law degree with FCPA knowledge plus a minimum of 5 years’ compliance experience in M&A transactions in China’s healthcare market. Candidates with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills along with fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are preferred.  REF: 14834/TTL
