Legal Compliance Counsel, Shanghai - 14836/TTL

Excellent opportunity for a PRC-qualified lawyer to have further career development in a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. Based in Shanghai, you will be responsible for providing legal and compliance support to its business and functional units on all business initiatives in China. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ PQE in a big-scale pharmaceutical/medical company and/or a top-tier law firm. Good understanding of the US FCPA, the PDPAC and the IFPMA is highly desirable. A good team player with eh ability to work independently under pressure is preferred. You must have fluent English and Mandarin Chinese. REF: 14836/TTL
