This is a role which would suit a City employment law associate who wishes to move out of a role which is focused on corporate support work and undertake work which is balanced in favour of advisory and litigation.
The firm has a strong reputation for employment work and often acts for household names on complicated matters. That being said, the department also attracts a smattering of high-end senior exec work too.
