Dispute Resolution Associate, 2-4 PQE
Our client, a leading City firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Dispute Resolution team.
The role will involve advising on a range of commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on civil fraud. Amongst other disputes, you will advise on bribes and secret profits, breach of fiduciary duty, freezing orders and cross border internal investigations.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and experience working in dispute resolution and civil fraud within a reputable firm. They will have experience assisting with business development and a desire to join a friendly and collegiate team.
