CREDIT HIRE PARALEGAL / FEE EARNER - MANCHESTER

Credit Hire Paralegal - An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the claimant personal injury team of this leading full-service North West firm. Ideally you will be an experienced credit hire fee earner with both pre-litigated and litigated credit hire experience. The role offers a great salary with genuine prospects for career progression.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of pre-litigated and litigated credit hire work is important. Legal Executives as well as experienced paralegals will be considered.

THE RTA TEAM

This is a growing team within the firm specialising in all areas of RTA claims including credit hire. The team is friendly and supportive and traditionally has a very low staff turnover rate. It is currently experiencing a period of growth and they are actively looking for suitable candidates with RTA and credit hire experience.

THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL

In order to cope with the growing influx of work, the team is looking to hire a credit hire fee earner with both claims handling and litigation experience, including credit hire experience. All candidates interested in being considered should ideally have at least one year's previous experience in credit hire whether from a claimant or defendant perspective. They should also be capable of handling a mixed caseload of files from inception through to negotiation and settlement, or through the litigation process.

The role reports in directly to the Partner and Head of Department and caseloads vary from roughly 100 to 125 cases at any one time.
