Law Costs Draftsman/Negotiator is required for an excellent opportunity with a UK leading Practice to based from one of their three Merseyside offices, city and greater. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

The firm provides a complete costs litigation service, with a specific emphasis on Claimant personal injury, medical negligence and commercial cases. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit several staff for costs roles at all levels.

The role offers access to the best quality work available in UK costs and job security in an ever-changing costs market.

The successful candidates will need previous costs experience and my client will consider candidates ranging from costs administrators through to Senior Costs Lawyers.

Responsibilities will include; drafting bills and schedules of costs including formulating offers and negotiating settlements. Experience of drafting Bills of Costs and having knowledge of the detailed assessment process is desirable although not essential.

We can accommodate sole drafters and or those with the desire to operate cradle to grave.
