The office in central London hosts a small legal function with four core members of the group legal team reporting into the Associate General Counsel.
Your new role
A Corporate lawyer role reporting into the Associate General Counsel. This is an interim position for support during maternity leave. The role involves advising on a variety of international corporate transactions including M&A and financing. You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts and ensure that they are compliant with all statutory or legal requirements (including NDAs as well as a host of commercial contracts with external parties such as suppliers). You will advise on regularly, compliance and corporate governance related matters also.
What you'll need to succeed
