Our client are a global research university based in West London who are seeking a commercial lawyer to join them on an urgent interim basis.
Description
This broad, varied role will include day-to-day responsibility for the drafting & negotiating of a wide range of commercial agreements, supplier contracts as well as internal & external client terms.
Profile
The successful commercial lawyer will ideally have previous experience within the legal team of a university or public sector organisation, although wider in-house commercial experience will also be considered.
